Salary: CDN $138,200 - $181,400

What you will do
- Own and execute the global events strategy roadmap, including company-hosted, third-party, and regional events.
- Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle from strategy, budgeting, and logistics through execution and reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to align messaging, audience strategy, and follow-up.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and Statements of Work.
- Define, track, and report on event success metrics including ROI, leads generated, and pipeline impact.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of direct reports and external agencies.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 6+ years of experience in events, field marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Proven experience managing diverse event formats (virtual, hybrid, and in-person).
- Strong track record of managing event budgets and negotiating with external vendors.
- Proficiency with event tech (Cvent, Swoogo, ON24) and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
