Salary: $175,000 – $230,000

What you will do

• Manage a team of transactional attorneys negotiating complex commercial and SaaS contracts.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to support revenue growth while managing risk.
• Strategize with Legal Operations to create and operationalize agreement templates, playbooks, and enablement documents.
• Review contracts for compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
• Advise Sales Leaders on legal risks and business objectives to balance growth with prudence.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of legal experience focusing on technology-related commercial agreements.
• Must be licensed to practice law in at least one US State and in good standing.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience negotiating with government entities and private companies.
• Proficiency with modern SaaS tools such as Slack, Salesforce, and Docusign.

• Prior in-house counsel experience.
