Location: Remote from the United States
Salary: $144,000 – $160,000 base

What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts, including B2B SaaS agreements and enterprise MSAs under New York law.
- Provide pragmatic, risk-calibrated legal guidance on complex contract terms to balance business objectives with regulatory compliance.
- Own and optimize the end-to-end contract lifecycle management (CLM) process via automated workflows and playbook development.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and InfoSec teams to resolve bottlenecks and streamline high-velocity deal execution.
Requirements
- Legal degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
- 5 to 7+ years of experience practicing as a commercial or corporate attorney with a focus on technology contracts.
- Strong expertise in negotiating SaaS agreements, including limitations of liability, DPAs, and intellectual property rights.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of data protection frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA.
- In-house experience at a technology, fintech, or regtech company.
- Familiarity with standard compliance practices.
