Annual Salary Range: $237,500 – $267,200

What you will do

• Partner with HR and litigation team on employee complaints, workplace investigations, and employment policies
• Collaborate on employment, regulatory, and legal disputes across domestic and international operations
• Monitor labor and employment laws, provide compliance guidance, and manage outside counsel
• Develop strategies, processes, and procedures for HR support, litigation, and investigations
• Assess legal and business risks, advise on compliance, policy, and decision-making
• Review, analyze, and negotiate contracts; communicate with regulators, customers, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Active and current Bar membership in the United States with no record of discipline
• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Eight years of relevant legal experience, including commercial litigation
• Basic understanding of software development, relational databases, cloud computing, and SaaS
• Superlative communication skills and ability to work independently under pressure
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and proprietary software

Nice to have

• California, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, or Texas employment law experience
• Mix of law firm and in-house experience
• Risk assessment and management experience
• Experience with software developers or technology teams
