Salary: $237,500 – $267,200

What you will do
- Partner with Human Resources and litigation teams to advise on employee complaints and workplace investigations.
- Collaborate with internal and external counsel on employment and regulatory disputes across domestic and international operations.
- Monitor labor and employment laws to provide compliance guidance and manage outside counsel.
- Develop and improve strategies and procedures to support HR and handle litigation effectively.
- Assess legal and business risks to advise management on policy development and strategic decision-making.
- Review, analyze, and negotiate a variety of contracts with external stakeholders and regulators.
Requirements
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active and current Bar membership in the United States.
- At least eight years of relevant legal experience, including meaningful commercial litigation experience.
- Ability to learn about software development, relational databases, cloud computing, and SaaS.
- High level of professional ethics, personal integrity, and sound judgment.
- Superlative oral and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with employment law in California, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, and Texas.
- A mix of law firm and in-house legal experience.
- Proven experience in risk assessment and management.
- Experience working directly with technology teams or software developers.
