What you will do

• Architect content navigation structures and sets that support users of all experience levels in solving specific technical problems.
• Author technical content by testing workflows directly in context and collaborating with SMEs.
• Optimize web content for AI discoverability via Google agent mode, AI-assisted IDEs, and other emerging interfaces.
• Enable the internal organization and external community to create great content using templates, toolkits, and style guides.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and the community to identify and fill content gaps across various channels.
• Socialize technical content across marketing, customer success, and field teams to maximize reach.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering technical content, tutorials, and marketing materials for DevOps tools, CLIs, or programming languages.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Proven experience using web metrics data to optimize documentation and identify content gaps.
• Experience collaborating with technical product marketing, social teams, customer support, and SMEs.
• Experience improving content platform performance, usability, searchability, and AI compatibility.
• Strong user perspective informed by direct product testing and usage.
