What you will do

• Own and manage the editorial calendar across blog, social, email, and other channels.
• Write, edit, and publish high-quality content aligned with brand voice and business objectives.
• Build and execute GEO-driven content programs to maximize discoverability and inbound demand.
• Collaborate with designers to produce visual assets and manage external freelancer workflows.
• Track performance metrics and adapt content strategy based on data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with growth, product, and sales teams to develop effective enablement resources.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing within early-stage startups and enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in content tracking and analytics tools (GA, Search Console, Ahrefs).
• Expertise in utilizing AI tools to accelerate copy and design workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with high autonomy.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on impact and clarity.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-paced, shifting environments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Account Engagement.
• Design skills in tools like Figma for quick content iterations.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and multi-touch lead attribution.
• Experience with Salesforce.
