Salary: $160,000–$200,000/year

What you will do
- Own the documentation lifecycle, including API references, SDK guides, and quickstarts.
- Create technical content such as tutorials, cookbooks, and integration guides that feature functional code examples.
- Partner with engineering to document new features, release notes, and changelogs.
- Collaborate with the growth team on SEO-driven technical content and comparison guides.
- Triage and resolve documentation feedback from community channels like GitHub and Discord.
- Maintain a consistent, direct, and developer-focused voice across all technical assets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience writing for technical or developer-facing products.
- Must be able to read Python or TypeScript SDKs and debug code examples.
- US Citizenship or valid work visa required.
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Experience working with developer tools, APIs, or infrastructure products.
- Ability to work autonomously without a pre-defined editorial calendar.
