What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and making offers.
  • Support talent acquisition functions for open roles across Mexico, the US, and Canada.
  • Execute employer branding and recruitment marketing activities to build active and passive candidate pipelines.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Partner with hiring managers and global TA leaders to define role requirements and provide a positive stakeholder experience.
  • Develop and improve onboarding and retention strategies based on feedback from new hires and internal talent.

Requirements

  • Residency in Mexico is mandatory.
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruiting or HR.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated experience and interest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with technical recruiting within the software industry.

  • Degree, certificate, or equivalent professional work experience.
