What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles including Enterprise Sales, Mid Market Sales, and Sales Enablement across Mexico and LATAM.
• Execute competitor-focused sourcing campaigns and talent mapping to engage passive candidates.
• Partner with GTM hiring managers and local leadership to develop targeted hiring strategies.
• Maintain data integrity and stakeholder communication via Greenhouse ATS.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation benchmarks and hiring trends in Mexico and LATAM.
• Support hiring for Customer Success and Technology teams as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS or a specialized tech agency.
• Proven track record of hiring for GTM functions (Sales, Ops, Enablement).
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and AI-driven recruiting tools.
• Fluent Spanish and strong professional English.
• Based in Mexico or another LATAM country.

• Experience in hospitality technology or vertical SaaS.
• Expertise recruiting Hospitality Tech Sales talent in Mexico.
• Experience building structured sourcing processes.
• Familiarity with sales talent assessment methodologies or competency-based interview frameworks.
