What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Operations roles, managing high-volume candidate pipelines.
  • Source and engage high-potential early-career professionals (new grads to 3 years of experience).
  • Conduct a high volume of daily candidate screens while maintaining high quality and consistency.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, priorities, and process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize source efficacy.
  • Act as an employer brand ambassador by designing outreach campaigns and referral initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in-house or at an agency.
  • Experience with high-volume or Operations hiring.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple parallel processes.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to optimize workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sourcing automation tools.
  • Background in employer branding initiatives.
  • Experience with AI-assisted recruiting technologies.
