What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Operations roles, managing high-volume candidate pipelines.
- Source and engage high-potential early-career professionals (new grads to 3 years of experience).
- Conduct a high volume of daily candidate screens while maintaining high quality and consistency.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, priorities, and process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize source efficacy.
- Act as an employer brand ambassador by designing outreach campaigns and referral initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in-house or at an agency.
- Experience with high-volume or Operations hiring.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple parallel processes.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to optimize workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with sourcing automation tools.
- Background in employer branding initiatives.
- Experience with AI-assisted recruiting technologies.
