What you will do

• Develop and lead the global third-party event strategy, including industry conferences and sponsorships.
• Own end-to-end event execution from contract negotiation and booth design to onsite management and post-event follow-up.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Gen, and Executive leadership to align event investments with GTM priorities.
• Define success metrics and present portfolio performance insights to senior leadership.
• Manage workstreams for the annual flagship conference, Celebrate, and proprietary roadshow programs.
• Continuously optimize event processes and reporting to ensure scalability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B event or field marketing, preferably in high-growth SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing strategic event portfolios with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Commercial acumen in budget management, sponsorship negotiation, and ROI measurement.
• Willingness to travel up to 35-40% during peak event seasons.
