TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $66,000–$90,000 USD base plus bonuses

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the partner marketing strategy, including co-branded campaigns, webinars, and content.
  • Adapt sales and product materials into partner-ready, white-labeled assets to support partner-led selling.
  • Manage MDF, SPIFFs, and incentive programs while tracking ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Utilize AI tools to draft and localize marketing materials, building a library of reusable prompts and workflows.
  • Coordinate partner events and activations to drive engagement and customer advocacy.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen to align partner priorities and surface feedback.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in campaigns, content, or demand programs.
  • Direct experience with partner or channel marketing ecosystems.
  • Strong hands-on content creation skills with an ownership mindset.
  • Proven ability to use AI tools to produce and adapt content at scale.
  • Experience owning and reporting on pipeline, ARR, or engagement targets.

Nice to have

  • Experience with interactive demo tools like Navattic, Reprise, or Storylane.
  • Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or Guru.
  • Knowledge of PRM tools like Impartner, PartnerStack, or Crossbeam.
  • Experience managing MDF or producing co-branded partner materials.
