Salary: $147,760 – $221,640

What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of competitive performance and application profile studies at customer sites.
• Coordinate software bundle development, verification, and validation for telematics systems and machine features.
• Manage staffing, employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to identify performance improvements and resolve product issues.
• Lead the development of data pipelines and analytics frameworks for machine data processing.
• Influence machine architecture decisions and support long-term product planning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Must be able to work on-site full-time in Tucson, AZ.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship not available).
• Proven experience in engineering leadership and people management.
• Deep expertise in machine telematics, data acquisition, and electronic systems integration.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analytics tools like Snowflake or Tableau.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global VIMS, Product Link Elite, or Supercomm systems.
• Knowledge of Software-in-Loop and Hardware-in-Loop processes.
• Prior experience with large mining or quarry trucks.
