What you will do

  • Own the digital marketing presence, including the website, landing pages, SEA, SEO, and content strategy.
  • Develop and optimize paid acquisition channels (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn Ads) to increase Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Design and refine conversion goals, lead capture forms, and digital user journeys.
  • Manage external designers, copywriters, and creative freelancers to maintain brand consistency.
  • Research and implement targeted tests across trade media, partner ads, and niche industry channels.
  • Integrate AI tools for research, content drafting, analysis, and workflow automation.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in growth, online, or B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS startup.
  • Proven track record of managing broad marketing responsibilities across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot.
  • Fluency in German and a good command of English.
  • Experience managing external agencies or freelancers.
  • Analytical approach focused on hypotheses, testing, and real business impact.
