What you will do

• Own the acquisition product roadmap, spanning from freemium entry points to AI-native discovery surfaces.
• Design compounding growth systems, including product loops, integrations, and sharing mechanics.
• Explore and validate emerging distribution channels such as generative search (GEO), agent marketplaces, and MCP servers.
• Drive a high-velocity experimentation practice to validate hypotheses and optimize onboarding.
• Own acquisition funnel metrics (traffic, signups, activation) and build measurement frameworks.
• Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to execute and align acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in product management, with significant experience in growth, acquisition, or PLG roles at SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of shipping features that measurably improved top-of-funnel metrics.
• Experience with freemium funnels, self-serve onboarding, and viral sharing loops.
• Data fluency with proficiency in analytics tools like Amplitude, Hex, or Snowflake.
• Must be based in Europe to be eligible for employment or Digital Nomad contracts.
• Technical comfort with APIs, integrations, and a deep understanding of AI-native workflows.
