What you will do

• Conduct deep customer research with SMB owners to identify real-world problems.
• Run hypothesis-driven experiments to validate product bets and iterate based on results.
• Own core business metrics including activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Build rapid prototypes using AI tools like Cursor, v0, and Lovable to validate ideas.
• Lead a small engineering team to ship functional product updates in weekly cycles.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience building and shipping V1 software products used by real customers.
• AI-native mindset with daily usage of AI tools and a strong understanding of their capabilities.
• Proven track record of running meaningful product experiments and learning from failure.
• Proficiency in growth and monetization levers (funnels, pricing, conversion).
• Strong hands-on approach, preferring prototypes over strategy documents.

• Experience working with Small and Medium Business (SMB) customers.
