What you will do

• Oversee daily CCS team operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workload management.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for clinical, operational, and member experience issues.
• Lead rollouts of new tools, systems, and processes; train team members and drive adoption of updated workflows and protocols.
• Define program goals, success metrics, deliverables, and resource plans; design scalable workflows for growth and onboarding.
• Collect and analyze operational data, build dashboards/reports, and drive corrective action based on KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and internal policies; prepare regular performance reports for leadership.

Requirements

• Location: Must be Dallas area based
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare program management, clinical operations, or related health services roles
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing a clinical or health services team
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable building and interpreting performance dashboards and reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and SharePoint)

Nice to have

• Experience scaling a healthcare program in a startup or high-growth environment
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Prior experience supporting medical or surgical teams
• Experience with EHR systems and healthcare analytics platforms and Salesforce
