What you will do
- Lead Epic Aura implementations from initiation through go-live and post-implementation optimization.
- Own project plans, timelines, deliverables, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Serve as the primary client point of contact and liaison between clients, internal teams, and Epic.
- Collaborate on Epic Aura integration design, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting during go-live.
- Oversee training programs and post-go-live support to drive adoption and resolve issues.
- Monitor performance and user feedback to drive continuous optimization and prioritize enhancements with Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, including EMR/EHR integrations, LIS implementations, or technical project management.
- Hands-on Epic experience, including Epic Aura and/or Care Everywhere integrations.
- Epic Beaker experience required.
- Strong understanding of interoperability standards and digital health ecosystems (HL7, FHIR, APIs).
- Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, and healthcare regulatory compliance.
- Ability to lead cross-functional implementations in a client-facing environment.
