Program Manager

What you will do

• Assemble project teams and work groups and lead project managers and work group leaders in maintaining comprehensive program plans.
• Organize and coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver and implement program results for defined corporate programs and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with an executive sponsor (VP or higher) to understand business objectives and translate them into program execution.
• Monitor and evaluate progress, alignment, and financial health across a portfolio of related projects; direct corrective action as needed.
• Assess program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk mitigation plans.
• Manage vendor partnerships (including home screening kits and remote patient monitoring programs) and oversee contract/SOW responsibilities.

Requirements

• Location: Working at Home in Pennsylvania (PA)
• 7–10 years of experience in project management or delivering business solutions using information technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a healthcare-related field; MBA or Master’s in Technology Management or Healthcare-related field preferred.
• PMP, Project Management certification, or CPHQ certification required/preferred (as listed).
• Ability to manage matrix teams of employees and contractors across interdepartmental work groups.
• Travel required (as indicated).
