What you will do

• Lead all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure regulatory and internal requirements are met.
• Drive the migration of large, complex financial applications to the cloud environment.
• Act as a Scrum Master, guiding the team through agile development methodologies.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, users, and product engineers to prioritize initiatives based on business needs.
• Manage the user-facing documentation lifecycle, including feature updates, sample code, and starter projects.
• Streamline existing operational processes based on customer feedback to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Master's degree with 3 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in a related analytical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
• Proven experience in the full SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and production support.
• Expertise in building multi-threaded service-oriented C++ or Java enterprise applications within a Unix environment.
• Proficiency with Java, Spring, Hibernate, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Experience with RDBMS (Sybase, Oracle) and NoSQL technologies (MongoDB) using SQL query languages.
