What you will do

  • Provide expert pre-sales technical guidance and manage sales engineering processes.
  • Partner with sales leadership to drive operational excellence and meet quarterly sales targets.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations to executive and technical audiences.
  • Promote solutions at industry conferences, forums, and seminars.
  • Collaborate with internal functional teams to ensure successful client implementation.
  • Provide feedback to product management to influence product development and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering for SaaS Cloud Security products.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity solutions including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and Cloud Security.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Bilingual English/French proficiency is preferred.
  • Proven success working with Fortune 1000 companies and influencing technical decision-makers.
  • Ability to travel frequently for events and client meetings.
