Location: Must be based in Maple Plain, MN (Hybrid: Tuesday–Thursday onsite). Due to ITAR regulations, this role is only open to U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders), or asylees/refugees.

Salary: $67,400 – $89,800 per year

What you will do

• Develop and lead product positioning and messaging for Sheet Metal offerings.
• Provide input into GTM strategies for Sheet Metal and Aerospace & Defense markets.
• Collaborate with creative and enablement teams to produce marketing collateral and sales tools.
• Support demand generation campaigns with market insights and positioning.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze competitor trends.
• Create sales enablement resources including training materials, decks, and product FAQs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or product marketing.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee (ITAR compliance).
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with marketing tools including CRM, analytics, and digital marketing tactics.
• Willingness to travel for tradeshows and events.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sheet Metal or manufacturing materials.
• Background in B2B, B2C, or e-commerce.
