What you will do

  • Develop deep expertise in the Medtech & Life Sciences commerce landscape and buyer personas.
  • Own the demand generation plan, aligning positioning and messaging across digital and offline channels.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns including digital ads, email nurture, and ABM plays.
  • Manage budgets and program reporting with a focus on pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with BDRs and sales teams to ensure seamless campaign handoffs and feedback loops.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance using CRM and marketing automation data.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of B2B demand generation experience.
  • Experience in Medtech, Life Sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or adjacent healthcare sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue influence.
  • Proficiency with digital advertising, ABM, content syndication, and email nurture tools.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex programs.

  • Familiarity with regulatory and procurement dynamics (FDA, GPOs, formulary processes).
