What you will do

  • Own end-to-end product launches for the enterprise segment, from strategy to post-launch performance analysis.
  • Develop enterprise-grade positioning frameworks and messaging architectures for complex buyer committees.
  • Create sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, and demo scripts to support value-led conversations.
  • Define enterprise buyer personas and conduct structured market research to ground positioning in customer needs.
  • Establish systematic competitive intelligence to provide actionable insights for sales teams.
  • Monitor launch success metrics and build feedback loops between customers, sales, and product teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, specifically within enterprise or mid-market segments.
  • Proven track record of executing end-to-end product launches and building sales enablement assets.
  • Experience developing messaging for complex software products with multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada (no sponsorship available).
  • Ability to work independently across time zones in a globally distributed environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to align product, sales, and marketing stakeholders.
