What you will do

• Rapidly edit and optimize short-form video for paid social across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Transform raw product footage, influencer content, and UGC into high-converting assets aligned to full-funnel KPIs.
• Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with producers on creative direction and deliver final assets for assigned programs.
• Monitor platform trends and proactively bring relevant opportunities to the creative team.
• Contribute a clear creative point of view on formats, pacing, and hooks.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience creating and editing short-form social video.
• Deep fluency in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts as a creator.
• Proficiency in CapCut, TikTok in-app tools, and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience with After Effects.
