What you will do

• Create digital-first campaigns and content experiences for consumer brands across multiple industries.
• Design creative assets for paid social, display advertising, online video, CRM, web platforms, and emerging digital channels.
• Edit video for social media, digital advertising, streaming, and broadcast applications.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and lightweight post-production assets.
• Use AI-powered creative tools for ideation, design exploration, image generation, video creation, and production workflows.
• Build scalable visual systems and campaign assets that adapt across formats and platforms while collaborating with copywriters, art directors, strategists, and account teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in digital design, motion design, content creation, or digital production in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment.
• Strong visual design foundation (typography, composition, layout, and brand systems).
• Proven video editing skills with storytelling, pacing, and platform requirements.
• Experience creating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Figma; experience writing AI prompts for image and video generation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI creative platforms such as Runway, Veo, Kling, or Pika.
• Experience with AI image-generation workflows, compositing, motion design, or VFX.
• Understanding of paid media creative strategies and performance-driven content.
