What you will do

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end, from scripting to final delivery.
• Elevate visual quality and storytelling across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Translate performance data into actionable creative direction in partnership with growth teams.
• Manage and provide creative direction to agency and production partners.
• Edit video assets directly to iterate and polish ads at high speed.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows and unlock new creative possibilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production at an agency or in-house growth team.
• Proven track record producing high-performing creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or CTV.
• Strong performance creative intuition regarding hooks, pacing, and CTAs.
• Fluency in video editing tools for rapid iteration and premium output.
• Must reside in one of the specified US states or Ontario, Canada.
• Collaborative mindset with experience bridging creative, media, and analytics teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in both performance media agencies and brand/design agencies.
