TL;DR
Brand Engagement Specialist: Producing high-quality, on-brand creative assets across multimedia, video, presentations, social media, and marketing collateral with an accent on brand integration for leadership and change communications, including co-branded materials and digital-first announcement creative. Focus on translating business priorities into visually strong, ready-to-use deliverables while collaborating cross-functionally and using AI/digital tools thoughtfully to accelerate ideation and iteration.
Location: Remote (United States eligibility required)
Salary: $60K to $75K per year

What you will do
- Design polished, on-brand creative assets for presentations, leadership decks, digital communications, videos, event materials, and marketing collateral.
- Create and adapt digital-first assets for email, presentations, video, internal communications, social, and web environments.
- Develop creative frameworks and co-branded logos/toolkits to support seamless brand integration across acquired firms.
- Support brand announcement creative strategy for acquisition announcements, business updates, and product launches.
- Collaborate with growth & sales, internal communications, M&A integration, regional teams, and field stakeholders to align message, design, and delivery.
- Use AI and digital tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, iteration, and workflow efficiency while maintaining brand quality and human judgment.
Requirements
- Work authorization: Must be eligible to work in the United States without work visa or residency sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism) or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a creative, brand, communications, or design-focused role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design, brand application, video development, and media-first communications materials (especially social media).
- Fluency in video editing with hands-on experience using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- High proficiency with AI and digital tools for ideation, drafting, iteration, and creative workflow efficiency in a brand-safe way.
