What you will do

• Execute real-time content creation for the CEO, including LinkedIn posts and videos captured from meetings and travel.
• Build and scale the CEO's online presence and personal brand through compelling storytelling.
• Produce and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content and event coverage.
• Analyze content performance metrics to continuously optimize the growth and engagement strategy.
• Manage content calendars and coordinate publishing schedules across multiple professional platforms.
• Accompany the CEO during travel and external events to provide live social media coverage.

Requirements

• Proven track record of creating content with measurable growth in audience and engagement.
• Strong video production skills (filming and editing) and a high-quality artistic portfolio.
• Excellent storytelling and writing skills with a deep understanding of audience engagement.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
