What you will do

• Execute real-time content creation for the CEO, including LinkedIn posts, videos, and thought leadership.
• Build and scale the CEO’s online presence through consistent storytelling and content execution.
• Capture, edit, and publish engaging short-form and long-form content, including event coverage.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategy and audience growth.
• Collaborate with the CEO to shape messaging, voice, and personal brand presence.
• Support external events and travel by capturing live content and real-time social media coverage.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City.
• Proven track record of creating content with measurable results in audience growth and engagement.
• Active portfolio or personal brand showcasing high-quality content creation.
• Strong video production skills, including filming and editing for social platforms.
• Experience managing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
