Manager, Project Value (Energy)

TL;DR

Manager, Project Value (Energy): Leading investment modeling and valuation frameworks for energy storage projects with an accent on IRR/NPV analysis and commercial strategy. Location: Must be based in Arlington, VA or within a reasonable commuting distance; this is an onsite position (4 days/week).

What you will do

• Develop and standardize IRR, NPV, and TCO models across various regions and use cases.
• Build and review complex financial models for BESS and hybrid energy projects.
• Partner with commercial teams to translate financial outputs into compelling customer value stories.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis, scenario modeling, and risk assessment to inform pricing strategies.
• Report financial insights to executives to inhirify.global product roadmap decisions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on project finance, valuation, and regulatory factors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 4–7+ years of experience in project finance, valuation, or investment analysis.
• Advanced expertise in IRR/NPV modeling.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, VA four days per week.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial topics to executive audiences.

• MBA degree.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries.
