Salary: $133,500 – $190,575 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and execute Investment Tax Credits (ITC) monetization strategies and govern compliance obligations.
• Build and maintain documentation infrastructure to withstand IRS, lender, and tax equity diligence.
• Manage structured financial products, including negotiations with lenders and investor reporting.
• Provide financial structuring analysis for major government and commercial contracts, focusing on deal economics and entity considerations.
• Coordinate liability structuring across a multi-entity architecture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in structured finance, project finance, or tax equity.
• Must work 100% onsite in El Segundo, CA.
• Direct experience with ITC or similar tax credit monetization structures.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience with debt covenant governance.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant advanced degree.
• Familiarity with government contracting structures and their financial implications.
