What you will do

• Assist in structuring, executing, and leading municipal commodity prepayment transactions.
• Perform extensive financial modeling and analysis of credit and interest rate markets.
• Provide debt underwriting and advisory services for state/local governments, utilities, transportation agencies, and healthcare organizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams across commodities, credit sales, trading, and investment grade underwriting.
• Manage client coverage and generate tailored financing solutions to maximize value for public sector clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in financial services, preferably in the public sector.
• Strong analytical background with experience working with large and complex data sets.
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with client coverage and execution of municipal or project finance transactions.
• Experience with debt structuring and capital markets execution.
