What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive credit analysis for upstream and midstream oil & gas business endeavors.
• Design and execute complex financial solutions for clients in collaboration with Relationship Managers.
• Participate in joint client calls to gather information and provide expert financial consultation.
• Prepare commitment reports for multi-state markets supported by the lending center.
• Manage credit documentation and ensure compliance with loan policies and regulations.
• Mitigate risk while driving the deal approval process efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in Credit Analysis or Underwriting.
• Must be based in Houston, TX.
• Extensive knowledge of credit principles, lending functions, and loan analysis.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, income-tax based statements, and cash/accrual accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in PC and spreadsheet software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for client-facing and internal collaboration.
