What you will do

• Lead, train, and mentor crew members and subcontractors to maintain productivity.
• Plan and coordinate daily task schedules and workflows.
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Collaborate with project managers on material ordering and equipment maintenance.
• Provide daily progress reports to project managers and owner representatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a foreman in site/utility construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures and heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret complex project plan sets.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver's license.
