Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

What you will do

• Assist forensic experts on cases involving workplace injuries, fatalities, or near-misses with mentorship toward expert designation.
• Investigate construction and industrial accidents considering safety principles, equipment design, and environmental factors.
• Analyze compliance with OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, and local safety standards.
• Evaluate job hazard analyses, safety programs, training, machinery guarding, scaffolding, fall protection, and PPE.
• Apply ergonomics to assess risk factors, human performance, and injury prevention.
• Conduct testing on materials, products, and human response; review documents and prepare reports.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in technical or scientific discipline related to Occupational Safety or Industrial Systems (PhD acceptable).
• Experience with accident reconstruction, workplace injury investigation, and safety compliance evaluations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety standards, and hazard control.
• Experience in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently in field and office; access to construction sites and industrial facilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Safety certifications such as CSP, CHST, or similar.
