What you will do

• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on hirify.global products and the authentication ecosystem.
• Strategize with sales representatives to achieve target quotas and advance technical deals.
• Build and deliver successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and technical consulting engagements.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to identify expansion and security improvement opportunities.
• Communicate evolving customer requirements to internal engineering and marketing teams.
• Support customers through conferences, workshops, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles like Solutions Engineering or Pre-sales.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting enterprise technologies including network infrastructure, virtualization, and OS environments (Windows, Mac, Linux).
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and technologies: IAM, SSO, VPN, OATH, SAML, OpenID, ADFS, and FIDO.
• Excellent project management and business communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed teams.
• Native English speaker.
