What you will do
- Provide desktop and server support for Windows systems including installation and configuration.
- Assist users with hardware and software issues across Linux and Windows platforms.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and performance monitoring.
- Manage end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Maintain documentation for configurations and procedures.
- Collaborate on infrastructure improvements and automation projects.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of Windows desktop and server environments.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Nice to have
- Experience with scripting languages like Bash or Python.
- Exposure to virtualization platforms such as VMware, VirtualBox, or KVM.
- Knowledge of remote management tools and IT security principles.
