What you will do

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for in-person and remote users.
• Analyze and troubleshoot software and hardware performance issues.
• Deploy hardware and install customized software.
• Document, categorize, and escalate technical interactions.
• Collaborate with business groups to resolve complex multi-layer problems.
• Maintain high service levels to meet or exceed a 95% SLA.

Requirements

• Must be authorized for employment in the United States.
• 2-4 years of related technical support experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English: Proficiency required for clear communication.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform manual tasks (bending, squatting).
• Availability for on-call support rotations including after-hours and weekends.
