Salary: $170,000 – $220,000

What you will do

• Own the Model Factory product, managing the end-to-end model lifecycle and AI-human oversight systems.
• Scale cross-fraud services like name matching and address validation to ensure high availability and low latency.
• Architect core components for Score add-ons such as Graph Intelligence and Signals for platform-wide reuse.
• Apply structured product frameworks like RICE and JTBD to drive data-based prioritization and technical tradeoffs.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to deliver scalable, robust features that improve fraud detection precision.
• Define and monitor KPIs for signal precision, system latency, and overall model accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management for platform systems, infrastructure, or core services in high-scale B2B API or ML/AI environments.
• Technical expertise in developing AI/ML-powered products, data platforms, or decisioning systems.
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi-year product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Must be located in one of our talent hubs: SF, NY, or Seattle.
• No sponsorship provided.
• Willingness to travel 10-15%.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for fraud, identity verification, risk, cybersecurity, fintech, or payments.
• Client-facing experience within financial services or government sectors.
• MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 2+ years building B2B self-service products.
