Salary: $188,800 – $354,000 (depending on geographic tier)

What you will do

• Set and own end-to-end platform strategy, vision, and roadmap across BioSim and ChemSim.
• Hire and lead a team of 5-6 PMs covering ML Platform, Data, Agentic AI, and Core Infrastructure.
• Drive critical build-vs-buy decisions for platform components.
• Establish data-driven operating rhythms, define success metrics, and be accountable for platform OKRs.
• Balance competing internal and external customer needs across several distinct domains.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years managing individual contributors.
• Strong background in platform or infrastructure products (e.g., MLOps, data platforms, or developer tools).
• Track record of building and shipping enterprise-grade commercial platforms and multi-tenant SaaS.
• Experience with enterprise security/compliance (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, FedRAMP) and API governance.
• Must be physically located in the Greater Seattle Metropolitan area or SF Bay Area.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent business leadership experience.
• Familiarity with AI/ML platform requirements across inference, training, fine-tuning, and federated learning.
• Deep domain expertise in scientific simulation software for drug discovery and/or materials research.
• PhD in Computational Chemistry, Computational Biology, or Biomedical Engineering.
