What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously.
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, job boards, and referral networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted, scalable sourcing strategies.
• Screen high volumes of applicants while ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize throughput.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics across multiple roles and teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage 20+ open requisitions simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable working onsite Monday through Friday in San Jose, CA.
