What you will do

• Perform capacity planning and management for global networks using complex data sources.
• Forecast port demand through trend analysis and provide detailed solutions for delivery teams.
• Implement planning rules at the device and network level to ensure design integrity.
• Consult with key stakeholders, including Associate Network Planners and Technical Delivery Managers.
• Analyze bid requirements and provide technical responses for service delivery support.
• Manage and resolve capacity-related escalations and contribute to build and configuration projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Debrecen or Budapest, Hungary.
• Proven experience in the international network planning arena.
• Technical understanding of SDH, Ethernet, OTN, and DWDM functions and configurations.
• Strong background in international telecommunications services and conventions.
• Ability to interact and negotiate effectively in multi-cultural environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Strong knowledge of the global telecoms regulatory environment.
