What you will do

• Lead a new Network Optimization team to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of the mobile network.
• Monitor and analyze network KPIs and metrics to proactively identify bottlenecks and service degradation.
• Lead the resolution of complex network incidents and major service outages across core network domains.
• Govern the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process and implement long-term corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Contribute to solution architecture to embed resilience and maintainability from the design phase.
• Oversee the integration and operational acceptance of new network elements and software upgrades.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the telecommunications industry focusing on mobile core network services.
• Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G mobile network architectures.
• Proven experience with MVNO architectures, roaming environments, and regulatory aspects.
• Hands-on expertise with protocols: SIGTRAN, Diameter, SCTP, GTP, MAP, CAMEL, and SIP.
• Knowledge of LTE, 5G, IMS, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and cloud-native virtualization technologies.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
