What you will do

• Build and execute the partnerships pipeline from initial outreach to signed agreement and onboarding.
• Lead independent negotiations with insurance carriers and large-scale partners.
• Design creative, non-standard deal structures to unlock complex relationships.
• Own post-close partner success to ensure long-term engagement and ramp-up.
• Contribute to vertical strategy by providing feedback on partner requirements and market fit.

Requirements

• Must reside in one of the following: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting.
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Experience building 0-to-1 partnership categories or entering new markets.
• Ability to engage senior external stakeholders and navigate large organizations independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.
