Enterprise Partnerships Lead (Financial Markets)

Risk Labs is the foundation and core team behind UMA and Across, building infrastructure like UMA’s Optimistic Oracle and intent-based interoperability. We are a globally distributed, remote-first team focused on decentralized protocol infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

- Own a focused portfolio of high-value enterprise opportunities from outreach through commercial close and expansion
- Build trusted relationships with sophisticated institutional counterparties
- Lead commercial and technical conversations with business, product, engineering, and executive stakeholders
- Translate customer requirements into actionable product feedback for internal teams
- Partner with product, engineering, legal, and leadership to navigate technical diligence, compliance, and commercial structuring
- Drive enterprise integrations from early technical scoping through launch
- Represent Risk Labs at strategic events and help shape UMA’s enterprise go-to-market strategy

Requirements:

- 7+ years in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development, or technical commercial roles
- Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals with institutional buyers
- Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong technical fluency; comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and infrastructure
- Excellent executive communication and strong product judgment
- Ability to operate independently and thrive in ambiguous environments

Nice to have:

- Experience with financial institutions, exchanges, brokers, trading firms, sportsbooks, or regulated market participants
- Familiarity with US market regulation and institutional trading environments
- Experience navigating enterprise compliance, procurement, and legal processes
- Comfort reading API documentation and reasoning about technical systems
- Exposure to blockchain infrastructure, oracle systems, or prediction markets

- Base salary $100,000–$200,000 USD plus tokens and equity
