What you will do

• Build the partnerships strategy and playbook from zero, covering infra, ecosystem, and system integrators.
• Identify, negotiate, and close large-scale strategic partnerships to generate meaningful pipeline.
• Design scalable 1:many partnership structures rather than one-off deals.
• Drive revenue through partner-sourced and partner-influenced enterprise opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope and co-build technical integrations.
• Represent the company externally at executive levels and industry forums.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or GTM roles with quota ownership.
• Deep domain expertise in stablecoins, payments, or fintech infrastructure.
• Proven track record of building scaled partnership programs from the ground up.
• Experience structuring and closing complex, multi-stakeholder strategic deals.
• Familiarity with crypto infrastructure, blockchain ecosystems, or enterprise crypto adoption.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York.
