Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid role with 35% travel required).

Salary: $180,900 – $226,100 (for US employees in SF Bay Area, NYC, LA, or Seattle).

What you will do

  • Grow the VC partnerships program by driving new customers from VC funds and their portfolios.
  • Nurture ecosystem partnerships including accelerators, venture studios, and universities.
  • Implement sponsorship opportunities for conferences, events, and media channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and support.
  • Partner with Product and Growth teams to drive product-led referrals.
  • Use data analytics to report on partnership performance and optimize metrics.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the SF Bay Area.
  • Experience with externally-facing stakeholder management or partnerships.
  • Background working with founders or investors at a VC firm, accelerator, or startup ecosystem.
  • Strong product mindset and ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal guidance.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech partnerships, customer success, or investor relations.
  • Strong existing network within the VC ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in sales negotiations and data-driven strategy implementation.
