What you will do

• Design and implement core data structures and analytical foundations for Brazil Operations.
• Generate insights that guide Product, Operations, and Commercial priorities.
• Analyze patient interactions and sentiment to improve customer experience.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and efficiency improvements.
• Develop frameworks that improve data quality and strengthen experimentation.
• Own projects from raw data ingestion through strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer supporting Operations or product-led teams.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience building robust data models.
• Experience with modern BI stacks such as Looker or dbt.
• Ability to identify wasted time and resources through data analysis.
• Ability to explain technical performance and commercial impact to executive leadership.
• Strong ownership and strategic thinking in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
