What you will do

• Design, build, and implement foundational data structures for Brazil Operations from the ground up.
• Analyze sentiment and interactions for the AI-driven chatbot "Joy" to drive product prioritization.
• Identify revenue leakage and cross-sell opportunities during live patient interactions.
• Establish frameworks for analytical data quality to drive excellence in experimentation processes.
• Translate technical performance and data insights into commercial impact for executive leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer supporting Operations or Product-led teams.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience building robust data models within modern BI stacks like Looker or dbt.
• Ability to analyze data through the lens of efficiency to identify wasted time or resources.
• Strong ownership and strategic thinking capabilities in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil.
