Salary: $150,000–$190,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the editorial engine and content strategy across hirify.global.ai and external platforms.
• Design and manage the AI-native production workflow from brief to publish.
• Execute AEO and SEO strategies to ensure visibility in AI answer engines and search results.
• Enforce E-E-A-T and YMYL compliance to maintain high accuracy and trust.
• Manage writers, freelancers, and AI agents to scale content output without quality degradation.
• Track and own organic traffic and customer conversion targets.

Requirements

• 7+ years in content and editorial roles with 3+ years leading SEO-driven programs.
• Must reside in one of the specified US states or Ontario, Canada.
• Proven experience shipping AI-assisted content pipelines in production.
• Deep expertise in AEO, SEO, and YMYL content standards.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or GA4.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to write persuasive, accurate content.
