What you will do

• Build and own organic social strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube for multiple brands.
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality content including short-form video, reels, and long-form assets.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to optimize content production and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Identify and monitor platform-specific KPIs to sharpen strategy and improve performance.
• Source and manage UGC and influencer partnerships, including scripting and briefing.
• Engage with the community and act as the brand voice across various digital channels.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in consumer tech or fintech.
• Expert-level proficiency in CapCut and mobile-first video editing tools.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt voice for different platforms.
• Deep fluency in TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube best practices.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows.
